Sad Demise of Ch. QS Shantha Fernando

It is with profound sadness that Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka inform you the demise of Ch.QS Shantha Fernando. He was a Fellow Member as well as an Active Member of the Institute who had voluntarily served the Institute in various forums as a distinguished resource person. His contributions to Omani and Dubai Sri Lankan Quantity Surveying fraternities were immense. We wish his family courage and peace during this time of mourning.

The Cortege leaves No 71/12, Kottawa Road, Miriswatta, Piliyandala at 3:00 p.m. on 10th July 2024 to Wishwakalawa Cemetery, Piliyandala for last rituals. May he attain supreme bliss of nibbana!
