The President and the Governing Council of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Sri Lanka [IQSSL] extends our heartiest congratulations to Mr. Malintha Fernando a Student Member of IQSSL, for winning the PAQS-IWATA Foundation Essay Competition 2024….!

The winner will be awarded with the travel airfares, 3 nights’ accommodation, and full registration for attending the next Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors [PAQS] Annual Congress which to be held from 25th to 27th August 2024 at “THE RIZQUN INTERNATIONAL HOTEL”, Abdul Razak Complex, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

Currently, Malintha is also a “B.Sc. Quantity Surveying Third Year Undergraduate” of the Department of Building Economics, Faculty of Architecture, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
