It is with profound sadness that we inform the demise of the beloved father of Ch. QS. G. M. Upul Shantha, Governing Council Member and Immediate Past President of the Institute. 

Cortege leaving residence at No. 13, Thilini Uyana, Meddawatta, Matara at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, 10th September 2020, to Matara cemetery for last rituals.
