Impacts of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Construction Industry

Prevailing circumstances in the country have been tremendously impacted by the resurgent spread of CoViD19 pandemic. This resulted in issuance of several new guidelines, directives and regulations by the relevant authorities, which are to be complied with and given effect to, in addition to previous guidelines, regulations and directives. Under such changed circumstances, the construction industry is in to more difficult times in terms of achieving planned productivity and cost parameters.
