Working with 5D BIM with an introduction to iTWO Cost X General Abstract There are many evolving and available noteworthy technological tools that facilitate BOQ preparation process through software including preparation of estimates, cost plans, cost analysis, etc, in an integrated and digitalize environment. Use of such technologies appears the trending in construction industry. It is imperative that QSs are dynamic in this loop being the critical service provider in the integration and transformation of designs to project delivery with respect to data management and associated commercial documentation.
